from critically thinking to blindly following. how did this shift in people happen. it's has to be more than social media that did this. people were very slow to adopt social media, but the mental shift and behavior change we see happened quick. was it primed to us that by "following" so and so on social media that it would equate to "following" people in real life? is there a correlation between the number of people you follow on social media to following behavior in real life? i'm trying to make it make sense because the critical thinkers are dwindling down to to people you see on the mfp app and fewer outside the app. drop a "💪🏾" if you're on the same wavelength

ever wonder why it cost more to eat healthy than to eat unhealthy? i do all the time. a few thought I tend to have: it benefits certain industries to have unhealthy people. when you don't have unhealthy people, healthy people now have money back in their pockets. certain forces want that money to be reallocated somewhere rather than saved and invested. mass healthiness can literally dismantle certain industries. think about how scary that is for them. to prevent this, farmer to consumer pipelines are controlled so that consumers are forced to go to local farmers markets and grocery stores. will this always be the case or will something change?
